Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Lost Packages:

In the event that shiponcargo declares a package lost, the Delivery/RTO fees will be reimbursed to the Seller's account.

Service Termination:

If the service is terminated, the Seller is required to notify the shiponcargo account team. Upon receiving the notification, the remaining miles will be reversed. The reimbursement will be processed in the form of a Cheque or Demand Draft issued in the company's registered name. The Cheque or Demand Draft will be addressed to the registration address or any other address provided by the Seller during the account closure request.

Non-Delivery Compensation:

In cases of non-delivery, shiponcargo will reimburse/refund any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges that were deducted from the Seller's Miles Account.
