Refunds And Cancellation
- Lost Packages: Delivery/RTO fees will be reimbursed to the Seller's account if shiponcargo declares the package lost.
- Service Termination: In case of service termination, the Seller must notify the shiponcargo account team. The reversal of remaining miles will be processed as a Cheque or Demand Draft, addressed to the company's registered name and sent to the registration address or an address provided during the account closure request.
- Non-Delivery Compensation: In the event of non-delivery, shiponcargo shall reimburse/refund any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges deducted from the Seller's Miles Account.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery of shipments is typically completed within 7-10 days from the date of manifestation.
